一、建立企业计量监督组织按照GB/T19022-2003(IDTISO10012:2003)《测量管理体系测量过程和测量设备的要求》对企业计量监督的要求,结合内蒙古第一机械制造(集团)有限公司实际情况,我们在公司计量管理体系程序文件中规定:集团公司计量管理部门主管领导、计量管理科室领导及有关人员组成的计量监督组织,负责集团公司各成员单位的计量监督工作。集团公司各成员单位主管领导、主管科室的领导、计量员及相关科室的领导、相关人员组成的计量监督组织,负责开展本单位内部的计量监督工作。
I. Establishing Enterprise Metrology and Supervision Organization According to the requirements of the measurement and supervision of the enterprise in accordance with the requirements of “Measurement Management System Measurement Process and Measurement Equipment” of GB / T19022-2003 (IDTISO10012: 2003), combining with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia No.1 Machinery Manufacturing (Group) Co., Ltd. , We set out in the Procedural Documents of the Company’s Metrology Management System that the supervisory leadership of the measurement management department of the group company and the supervisory organization composed of the leaders of the department in charge of the metrology management and the relevant personnel shall be responsible for the measurement and supervision of the member companies of the group company.
