目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血浆及血小板GMP-140的变化并研究其变化在该病中的意义,为这一疾病的治疗探索合理的方案。方法:运用流式细胞仪(FCM)和放射免疫法测定31例RA患者血小板膜表面以及血浆GMP-140的水平。结果:RA患者血小板膜表面和血浆GMP-140水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论RA患者血小板膜表面和血浆GMP-140水平增高,提示患者体内部分血小板活化,这些活化的分子标记物又参与炎症反应,加重原发病。
Objective: To investigate the changes of plasma and platelet GMP-140 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to study its significance in the disease so as to explore a reasonable plan for the treatment of this disease. Methods: The platelet surface and plasma GMP-140 level in 31 patients with RA were measured by flow cytometry (FCM) and radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of platelet membrane and plasma GMP-140 in patients with RA were significantly higher than those in controls (P <0.01). Conclusion The increase of platelet membrane surface and plasma GMP-140 levels in RA patients suggest that some platelet activation in patients with RA may be involved in inflammation and aggravating the primary disease.
