一、概述国家教委新颁全日制高中英语考试大纲明确强调高中学习重点应在进一步发展学生综合语言运用能力的基础上,着重提高学生用英语获取信息、处理信息、分析问题和解决问题的能力,具体细则如下:1.能以每分钟70—80个词的速度,读懂生词率不超过3%的有关人物传记、故事、记叙文、科普小品和有关社会文化、文史知识等不同题材的材料。
