目的了解2014年徐州市鼓楼区肿瘤发病、死亡状况和变化趋势,掌握肿瘤发病的危险因素,了解本地居民恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡情况,为制定防治对策、提供科学依据。方法通过对2014年肿瘤登记报告系统中所有户籍地为徐州市鼓楼区的肿瘤登记卡片进行统计分析。结果 2014年徐州市鼓楼区肿瘤发病率为294.39/10万,肿瘤死亡率为为161.72/10万。发病前5位的肿瘤为肺癌、乳癌、胃癌、肝癌、甲状腺癌;死亡前5位的肿瘤分别为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、肠癌、食管癌。结论需加强居民对肿瘤发生发展的认知,采取宣传教育等防控措施,建立良好的生活方式,是降低肿瘤对居民危害的主要措施。
Objective To understand the incidence, mortality and trends of cancer in Gulou district of Xuzhou city in 2014, master the risk factors of tumor occurrence, understand the morbidity and mortality of malignant tumors in local residents and provide scientific evidence for the development of prevention and treatment measures. Methods Through statistical analysis of all the registered places in the 2014 Tumor Registry and Reporting System for cancer registration cards in Drum Tower District of Xuzhou City. Results The incidence of oncology in Gulou District of Xuzhou City in 2014 was 294.39 / 100 000, with a tumor death rate of 161.72 / 100 000. The top 5 tumors were lung cancer, breast cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer and thyroid cancer. The top 5 deaths were lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer, intestinal cancer and esophageal cancer respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen residents’ cognition of the development of tumor, adopt prevention and control measures such as propaganda and education, and establish a good lifestyle, which are the main measures to reduce the harm of cancer to residents.
