变态反应性鼻炎是飞行人员的常见病,有其独自的特点,症状严重时影响完成飞行任务,有时须反复住院治疗,不能治愈,甚至造成停飞,研究对本病的诊断治疗和医学鉴定是一项迫切任务.我院从1956年至1985年共收治115例,分析报道如下.一、一般资料 共115人,男113人女2人,平均年龄26岁(22～41),平均飞行时间1021小时,最短70小时,最长7400小时,任何职务及各种机种均有发病.二、症状及体征 发作期的症状是鼻堵、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流清水样鼻涕,鼻粘膜苍白水肿,尤其是下鼻甲肿胀较明显,只有4人鼻中道有鼻息肉.偶有嗅觉减退.与飞行有关的症状如下:飞行后头痛者5人,飞行时下滑耳压痛者12人,飞行时头痛者10人,飞行时嗅觉减退闻不见机仓内气味者6人,鼻涕向后流者5人,由于特技飞行,由于拉力鼻涕向前流,有
