人参属于五加料植物,藥用部分为根;其化学成分虽然已有很多学者进行了研究,但在临床治疗中起主要疗效的成分尚未肯定。人参在我国临床上很早就被用作强壮剂,以治疗久病衰弱的患者,对心臟衰弱的患者尤为常用。根据神农本草經所載:“人参主补五臟,安精神,定魂魄,止惊悸,除邪气,明目,开心,益智,久服輕身延年。”由此可見人参的藥理作用是多方面的。关于人参对心臟血管系統的作用很早已有記載,祖国医学早已将人参作为强心剂来应用。近年来苏联学者(参見[4])在临床实驗治疗的观察中,曾發現人参对心臟血管系統机能不全的患者,有良好的治疗作用;他曾指出在人参的作用下,患者心音变得
Ginseng belongs to five feeding plants, medicinal part of the root; although its chemical composition has been studied by many scholars, but in the clinical treatment of the main curative effect of the ingredients has not been affirmed. Ginseng has been used clinically very early in our country as a tonic for the treatment of patients with chronic illness and weakness, especially those with heart failure. According to Shen Nong’s Materia Medica contains: “Ginseng main fill five internal organs, security spirit, soul set, only frightened, except evil, eyesight, happy, puzzle, Jiufu bouncing.” This shows that the pharmacological effects of ginseng is multifaceted of. On the role of ginseng on the cardiovascular system has long been documented, the motherland medicine has long been used as a cardiotonic agent to ginseng. In recent years, Soviet scholars (see [4]) have observed in clinical trial treatment that ginseng has been found to have a good therapeutic effect on patients with impaired cardiovascular system; he pointed out that under the action of ginseng, the patient’s heart sound becomes
