目的探讨Wistar大鼠30 d喂养试验中血液学及血生化指标的正常值范围。方法选用某实验室毒理学实验中对照组Wistar大鼠400只,雌雄各半,喂养30 d。第31天巴比妥那麻醉大鼠,腹腔静脉取血,测定血液学及血生化指标,并对数据进行统计分析。结果雌、雄大鼠血液学及血生化检测指标变异度比较大,雌鼠红细胞(RBC)计数为(6.76±0.43),雄鼠为(6.98±0.37),雌鼠与雄鼠差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血生化分析中雄鼠的丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)为(27.56±4.39)、尿素氮(UREA)为(5.31±0.72)、白蛋白(ALB)为(32.34±2.07)、甘油三酯(TG)为(0.53±0.09),雌鼠的ALT为(25.66±4.26)、UREA为(5.08±0.72)、ALB为(31.88±1.83)、TG为(0.52±0.09),雌鼠与雄鼠差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他各项检测指标未见显著性差异。结论各项检测指标正常值范围与其他文献报道大致相近。与国内文献相比,具有显著性的检测指标偏少;与国外文献相比,各项检测指标数值偏小。
Objective To investigate the normal range of hematological and blood biochemical markers in Wistar rats for 30 days. Methods In a laboratory toxicology experiment, 400 control Wistar rats were randomly divided into male and female fed for 30 days. On the 31st day of anesthesia in rats with barbiturate, blood was collected from the abdominal cavity vein, hematological and blood biochemical markers were determined, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The hematological and blood biochemical indexes of female and male rats were highly variable. The RBC count of females was (6.76 ± 0.43), that of males was (6.98 ± 0.37), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), blood urea nitrogen (UREA) and serum albumin (ALB) in male rats were (27.56 ± 4.39) and (32.34 ± 2.07) , TG (0.53 ± 0.09), ALT (25.66 ± 4.26), UREA (5.08 ± 0.72), ALB (31.88 ± 1.83) and TG (0.52 ± 0.09) The difference between rats and male rats was statistically significant (P <0.05), other test indicators showed no significant difference. Conclusion The range of normal value of each test index is similar to other reports. Compared with the domestic literature, there are only a few detection indexes with significance. Compared with the foreign literature, the values of the detection indexes are small.
