本文介绍工作在450MHz或900MHz的新的大容量移动自动电话系统(MATS E)的设计原则。先介绍系统的特点和为移动用户提供的服务项目,然后讨论网络的结构。由于采用灵活的模件结构,本系统能适应各种通信要求,可组织只有一个独立运行的交换中心的小网,也可组建有分散的交挟中心的大网,甚至组建有三级交换中心(本地中心,区域中心和运行中心)的大网,将介绍系统的工作情况,着重点放在无线传输、信令和编码,呼叫处理程序以及过网和定位程序。本文结尾简略地介绍系统的组成部份及硬件结构。
This article describes the design principles for a new high volume mobile automated telephone system (MATS E) operating at 450MHz or 900MHz. First introduce the system features and services for mobile users, and then discuss the structure of the network. Due to the flexible modular structure, the system can adapt to various communication requirements, can organize only a small network of independent switching centers, can also form a large network with decentralized delivery centers, and even set up a three-level switching center (Local centers, regional centers, and operations centers) will introduce the work of the system with a focus on wireless transmission, signaling and coding, call processing and over-the-net and location procedures. At the end of this article a brief introduction to the system components and hardware structure.
