“大兴求真务实之风,激励干部真抓实干”,是《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》中对各级党委提出的要求之一。贯彻落实这一要求,关键在于认准一个“真”、抓牢一个“实”:要“求真”、要“真抓”,要“务实”、要“实干”。只有具备这样的工作态度和工作作风,才能使党的方针政策和工作部署落到实处,才能将本地区、本部门的各项工作不断向前推进。
“Daxing seeks truth from facts and pragmatism and inspires cadres to do their job” is one of the requirements put forward by the Party committees at all levels in the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning Building a Harmonious Socialist Society.” The key to implementing this requirement is to look for a “truth” and grab a “reality”: to “seek truth,” “truthfully grasp,” “pragmatically,” and “hard work.” Only with such a working attitude and style of work can the party’s principles and policies and work arrangements be implemented in a down-to-earth manner so that all work in this region and this department can be continuously promoted.
