The principle of communication is a dominant principle for determining the contents of teaching materials and pedagogical organizations of Russian textbooks in ethnic schools. However, it has not been completely resolved how to implement this principle. One view is that communication requires the deletion of the theoretical material in the textbook or the minimization of it. Can not agree with this view! Obviously, what should be discussed is not to exclude the textbook theory, but what theory should be presented, how to show in order to enable students to parallel and inter-related to grasp the language system and speech system. в.г.
