原发孔型房室间隔映损(OPAVSD)病人的主要死亡原因为严重心律失常。修补术后1/5以上病人有心律失常,其中传导障碍颇为多见。而迄今未见修补术后电生理测试的报道。作者对一组OPAVSD 修补术后的患者进行电生理测试。方法:年龄5~25岁的6例 OPAVSD 病人,于修补术后2~20周接受电生理测试,项目有:经纠正的窦房结最大恢复时间(Max CSNRT),总窦房传导时间(SACT),窦房结前向传导的功能不应期和有效不应期(A-AVN FRP 和 A-AVN ERP)以及房室
The primary cause of death in OPAVSD patients is severe arrhythmia. More than 1/5 of patients after repair have arrhythmia, which is quite common conduction disorders. And so far no repair of postoperative electrophysiological test reports. The authors performed an electrophysiological test on a group of patients after OPAVSD repair.
