一、前言槽轮机构又称马氏机构,是一种常见的间歇运动机构。由于它具有结构简单、运转可靠和机械效率高等特点,在自动机械及自动生产线上应用较为广泛,其中最简单的是平面径向槽轮机构。但是此种机构会在槽轮及其所传动的机体上产生很大的角加速度及冲击载荷,给机件造成损坏,有的甚至无法开车运转,对于高速、重载的情况更为明显。
