本刊自本期开始将逐期刊登约请国外专家学者为本刊撰写的文章。拟通过这些文章使读者了解国外有关电力系统自动化领域内的技术动向和最新研究成果。为了使读者能直接掌握这些技术情况,本刊打算刊登这些文章的英文原文和中文详细摘要,每期刊登一篇。欢迎读者对这一安排提出宝贵意见。 本期刊登的是西德Rumpel博士等撰写的文章。Rumpel博士1954年毕业于Munich工业大学,1960年取得柏林工业大学博士学位,1955年—1978年长期在西门子公司从事专业工作并任电网自动化部负责人,1978年以来任Duisburg大学教授和电力系统研究所所长.现任该校系主任。并多次在CIGRE和VDE发表文章。
This issue from the beginning of this issue will be published on a periodical basis invited foreign experts and scholars to write articles for this magazine. These articles are intended to be used by the readers to understand the technological trends and the latest research results in the field of power system automation abroad. In order to enable readers to directly grasp these technical conditions, the magazine intends to publish these articles in English original and Chinese abstract, published an issue. Readers are welcome to make valuable comments on this arrangement. This issue is an article authored by Dr Rumpel West Germany. Dr. Rumpel graduated from Munich University of Technology in 1954 and obtained a doctorate from Berlin University of Technology in 1960. From 1955 to 1978, he specialized in Siemens AG for a long time and was the head of grid automation department. Since 1978, he has been a professor at Duisburg University and researched in power system Director of the current director of the school. And has repeatedly published articles in CIGRE and VDE.
