大家都知道,孩子反复住院对家庭和病人都很有压力。但是在描述压力的特点以及如何使其父母妥善处理这些问题却几乎没有做过什么工作。本研究采用定性的方法去观察这一压力过程对父母的作用。对于那些孩子反复住院的父母这个基本社会心理问题的根源值得研究的。其中之一是父母觉察到保健工作人员没有将知道的每件事情都告诉他们;另一种是父母注意到,不同的工作人员所进行的处理不一样,并且也未给予满意的说明;第三种是工作人员如果不称职,也可能对病人及其父母造成痛苦。
As we all know, repeated hospitalization of children is stressful to families and patients. However, little has been done to describe the characteristics of stress and how to properly handle it with its parents. This study uses qualitative methods to observe the effect of this stress process on parents. The root cause of this fundamental social-psychological issue for parents whose children are repeatedly hospitalized deserves research. One of them was that parents were aware of what health workers did not know about everything they knew; the other was that parents noticed that different staff members did not do the same and did not give a satisfactory explanation; and third The lack of competence of staff members can also be painful for patients and their parents.
