以天然鳞片石墨为原料,采用高温退火法一步制备氧化石墨,然后经水解、超声分散制备氧化石墨烯。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等对制备的氧化石墨的氧化程度、结构及水洗和不同pH条件对氧化石墨结构的影响进行了分析。实验结果表明,高温退火法可以制备出优质的氧化石墨烯。水洗过程中氧化石墨烯的结构发生了变化而且弱碱性条件下氧化石墨的剥离效果更佳。
Using natural flake graphite as raw material, graphite oxide is prepared in one step by high-temperature annealing method, and then graphene oxide is prepared through hydrolysis and ultrasonic dispersion. The oxidation degree and structure of graphite oxide prepared by TEM, XRD, UV-Vis, FT-IR and so on The effects of water washing and different pH conditions on the structure of graphite oxide were analyzed. The experimental results show that the high temperature annealing method can produce high quality graphene oxide. The structure of graphene oxide during the washing process is changed and the stripping effect of graphite oxide under weak alkaline conditions is better.
