目的摸底调查某纺织企业职业卫生现状,为今后开展职业卫生干预和管理提供科学依据。方法对该企业职业卫生管理情况和生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果 1粉尘、噪声仍然是纺织企业最主要的职业病危害因素,织造车间棉尘和噪声共8个检测点的超标率为100%,棉尘浓度最高超过限值3.1倍,噪声强度最大为92.0 d B(A),最小为84.6 d B(A),平均为88.3 d B(A);2该企业的职业卫生管理工作,包括防护措施、职业卫生培训、岗前职业健康检查等存在疏漏。结论该企业在职业卫生管理机构设置、职业健康监护和档案管理、培训和宣传等方面仍需进一步加强,努力使职业卫生管理工作形成体系。
Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational health in a textile enterprise and provide a scientific basis for future occupational health intervention and management. Methods The enterprise occupational health management and occupational hazards in the production process were investigated on site and tested. Results 1 Dust and noise were the most important occupational hazards in textile enterprises. The over-standard rate of cotton dust and noise in weaving workshop was 100% at 8 test points. The highest cotton dust concentration exceeded 3.1 times and the maximum noise intensity was 92.0 d B (A), the minimum is 84.6 d B (A), with an average of 88.3 d B (A); 2 There are some omissions in the enterprise’s occupational health management including preventive measures, occupational health training and pre-service occupational health examination. Conclusion The enterprise still needs to further strengthen the establishment of occupational health management institutions, occupational health monitoring and archives management, training and publicity, and strive to form a system of occupational health management.
