现在学生的信息之灵,观念之新,个性之飞扬,为我们的教育提出了新的课题。新时期的教师应为学生提供适合其兴趣及发展的开放性的学习时空,搭建一个能让他们充分展示自我、发展自我的舞台。那么如何搭好这个舞台呢?一、要营造和谐的探索氛围在教学中,教师应深入到学生中,了解他们的兴趣、爱好,倾听他们的看法、观点,寻求建立伙伴关系的支撑点,打开他们的话匣,敞开他们的心扉。同时还要引导同学之间建立伙伴合作关系,消除学生心理障碍,营造一种宽松、民主、和谐、温馨的探索氛围。这样学生的主体性才能得以体现,学生探索的自主性才能尽情发挥。
