成人高等教育教学过程双体是指教师与学生。由教学过程产生的对应关系即主体与客体关系:教师是教的主体,学生是教的客体;学生是学习的主体,教师是学习的客体。由于教学过程是个动态过程——由教师引导学生认识,学生参与教师的教育影响活动,从而达到系统地学习间接知识,培养发展创造能力,成为一个合格的社会主义建设事业劳动者——因而认真分析师生双体对应关系,处理好其中的矛盾,对提高教学质量是十分有益的。
