校企共育的目的是提高人才培养质量,而有效的校企共育则依赖于订单式校企合作。机电一体化技术专业以订单式校企合作为平台,构建“校企共育能力递增”人才培养模式,面向订单班开展针对性校企共育探索与实践。就面向订单班开展的校企共育效果和就业满意度调查进行了分析,以期提高订单人才培养质量。
The purpose of school-enterprise co-education is to improve the quality of personnel training, while effective school-enterprise co-operation relies on order-based school-enterprise cooperation. Mechatronics technology to order-based school-enterprise cooperation as a platform to build “school-enterprise ability to increase the total capacity of” personnel training mode, order-oriented classes to carry out targeted schools and enterprises to explore and practice. An analysis of the effect of school-enterprise co-education and job satisfaction surveys conducted for order classes was conducted in order to improve the quality of order personnel training.
