随着煤矿安全科技的投入和安全管理的加强,我国煤矿事故得到了很好的控制,基本杜绝了特大事故的发生,但煤与瓦斯突出事故近年来仍呈现多发态势,尚未得到有效遏制。通过对2012—2014年煤矿瓦斯突出事故进行技术分析,得到同类多发事故的特征,并对较大以上事故案例进行分析汇总,总结近期同类多发煤与瓦斯突出事故的共性技术原因,提出有效遏制较大以上煤与瓦斯事故的对策措施。
With the investment in coal mine safety science and technology and the strengthening of safety management, coal mine accidents in our country have been well controlled and the occurrence of major accidents has been basically eliminated. However, coal and gas outburst accidents have shown multiple trends in recent years and have not been effectively checked. Through the technical analysis of coal mine gas outburst accidents in 2012-2014, the characteristics of similar accidents are obtained, and the analysis and summary of large and above accident cases are summarized. The common technical reasons of the similar multiple outbursts of coal and gas outburst accident are summarized, and the effective containment is compared Countermeasures for Large Coal and Gas Accidents above Large.
