风机、水泵在我国企业中应用量大面广,是高耗能设备,节电潜力相当大。抓好风机、水泵的节能技术改造工作对节约能源有重大意义,国务院领导同志对此极为重视。国家经贸委就10年来我国风机、水泵节能改造工作,以“国经贸资[1997]130号”文,向国务院领导写出“关于风机水泵节能改造工作情况的报告”。国务院领导同志作了批示,国务院办公厅以参阅文件[1997]13号,并加按语,将《报告》一文印发各地区、各部门。本刊现将《报告》全文刊出,供行业、企业从事风机水泵节能改造的有关人员参考。
Fans and pumps have a wide range of applications in China’s enterprises. They are high-energy-consuming equipment and have considerable potential for saving electricity. It is of great significance to save energy by grasping the energy-saving technological transformation work of wind turbines and water pumps. Leading comrades of the State Council attach great importance to this. The State Economic and Trade Commission has, for the past ten years in China’s energy-saving and retrofit work on fans and pumps, used the “State Economic and Trade Commission [1997] No. 130” article to write to the leadership of the State Council “A report on the work of energy-saving retrofits of fans and water pumps”. The leading comrades of the State Council made written instructions. The General Office of the State Council read the document [1997] No. 13 and added the words to the “Report” and printed them in all regions and departments. The journal now publishes the full text of the “Report” for the reference of relevant industries and enterprises in the personnel involved in the energy-saving renovation of fans and water pumps.
