中国经济的发展既给国内众多中小企业经济效益的提升引入了更多的发展机遇,也带来了多方面的挑战,从这一层面上讲,中小企业要实现持续健康发展,就需要其管理者慎重处理财务风险问题。本文以国内中小企业财务风险为落脚点,在揭示其内部财务风险现状并结合我国中小企业经营特点等要素,阐释了国内中小企业财务风险的形成原因,在此基础上就这一问题提出了我国中小企业处理及防范财务风险的措施,以期为中小企业发展提供借鉴。
