伊索寓言“龟兔赛跑”,可谓妇孺皆知。惯常评价,多是褒龟贬兔。对于企业经营来说,其儆戒意义是企业家要有“心”。虚心兔骄傲自满而败,龟谦虚谨慎而成,这是故事的基本寓意。但凡企业,各有优势弱势。谦逊敬业,谨慎经营,方能在激励的市场竞争中立于不败之地。骄横狂妄,必败无疑。“永远战战兢兢,永远如履薄冰”,已是海尔张瑞敏等成功企业家的座右铭。一些企业取得过骄人业绩,但曾几何时,“太阳神”落山、“巨人”倒地、“亚细亚”关门、“飞龙”折翅……。一出出悲剧尽管原因各不相同,但有一点无法否认:
