目的:探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗宫颈疾病的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院自2011年1月~2011年12月治疗285例宫颈病变,观察手术时间、出血量、患者反应及术后恢复情况、病理结果。结果:平均手术时间6.1分钟,出血量20ml,患者反应小,术后恢复好。结论:LEEP刀环形电切术具有操作简单、安全、成功率高、患者痛苦小、术后恢复快、不麻醉、不住院等优势,是目前治疗宫颈病变的最佳方法,对早期诊断宫颈原位癌或微小浸润癌具有较高的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of cervical ring excision for cervical disease. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 treatment of 285 cases of cervical lesions, observation of operative time, bleeding, patient response and postoperative recovery, pathological results. Results: The average operation time was 6.1 minutes and the bleeding volume was 20ml. The patient’s response was small and the postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion: LEEP knife ring electrosurgical surgery with simple, safe, high success rate, patients with small pain, fast recovery, no anesthesia, no hospitalization and other advantages, is the best method for treatment of cervical lesions, early diagnosis of cervical Carcinoid or micro-invasive cancer has a high clinical value.
