近年来，随着西部大开发战略的实施，贵州省高速公路建设取得了巨大的进步，高速公路施工项目管理也越来越重要。本文结合实际对高速公路工程项目管理中合同管理的重要作用进行分析，并站在施工单位的角度，针对不同项目管理阶段的合同管理工作浅谈自己的体会。
