探讨超声技术在定量评价高血压人群早期血管病变的研究中的应用价值。阅读国内外相关文献进行综述。目前应用于临床的血管超声诊断技术能够通过测量反映血管功能的各项指标,判断有无血管内皮功能障碍、评估机体发生心脑血管并发症的危险程度以及早期动脉硬化的情况。多种超声技术相互结合,可以提高对血管功能失调的早期诊断的准确性和敏感性,以期更好的服务于临床,以达到对心脑血管疾病的“早预防、早检测、早诊断、早治疗”的目的。
To evaluate the value of ultrasound in the quantitative evaluation of early vascular disease in hypertensive population. Read the relevant literature at home and abroad to review. Currently used in clinical vascular ultrasound technology can measure the indicators reflect the function of blood vessels to determine whether the vascular endothelial dysfunction, assess the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications and the incidence of early atherosclerosis. A variety of ultrasound combined with each other, can improve the early diagnosis of vascular dysfunction, accuracy and sensitivity, in order to better serve the clinical, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in order to achieve “early prevention, early detection, early diagnosis, Early treatment ”purpose.
