公民意识教育是一个在探索中的新课题,近年来,本市中小学从不同的视角开展了多种形式的教育活动,也已取得一定的成效。但是,公民意识教育如何贴近学生、贴近生活、贴近实际,符合中小学生的成长特点和接受规律,如何遵循科学发展的要求,有效提高学生公民素质,尚有许多问题值得研究和探讨。为此,本专题从公民意识的内涵、教育的层次性,以及理想信念、健全人格、社会责任等几个方面进行多视角思考,并对道德认知、情感体验、行为养成的实现路径和方法进行多维的探讨,以期达到共同交流、共享成果的教育愿景。我们期盼,通过有益的探索,能够出现更多成熟的做法、成功的经验和理论创新的成果,推进中小学公民意识教育更加深入发展,促使中小学生公民素质的进一步提高。
Civic awareness education is a new topic in exploration. In recent years, various forms of educational activities have been carried out by schools in primary and middle schools in our city from different perspectives, and certain achievements have been made. However, how to close the students’ civic awareness, close to life, close to reality, in line with the growth characteristics of primary and secondary students and accepting the law, how to follow the requirements of scientific development and effectively improve the quality of student citizens, there are still many issues worthy of study and discussion. For this reason, this project conducts a multi-perspective study from the aspects of the connotation of citizenship, the level of education, as well as ideals and beliefs, sound personality and social responsibility. It also discusses the ways of realizing moral cognition, emotional experience and behavior formation and Methods to explore multidimensional, in order to achieve the common vision of sharing and sharing the results of education. We hope that through more effective exploration more mature practices, successful experiences and achievements in theoretical innovation will emerge, further deepening the development of primary and secondary education on civic awareness and promoting the further improvement of the quality of primary and secondary school students.
