国务院财贸办公室:最近,各地对长期无息贷款要得很多,同国家预算安排有一定距离;许多开支都打算用长期无息贷款解决,已经发生了任意挪用的现象。这是一种扩大投放的苗头,值得注意,现将各地银行反映的一些事例报告如下:
