企业对战略的管理总是忽冷忽热的。尽管管理层可能制定了一个优秀的战略,但是当企业面对日常工作问题时,战略又很容易被遗忘在一边,又恢复到哈佛商学院Kaplan教授所说的“救火(fighting fires)”式的工作方式。
