随机调查铁道部医疗保险试点单位２０００名职工１９９８年的医疗费用，估计各费用组人数分布频率，按国务院医疗保险基金筹资比例的新规定及铁道部关于提高医疗保险统筹基金各比例段支付比例的指示精神，对铁路系统１９９９年医疗保险统筹基金收支经费进行统计预测，研究结果已为铁道部制定《铁路系统１９９９年全面推行职工医疗保险制度的实施方案》提供了重要的科学科据。
Randomly investigate the medical expenses of the 2000 medical insurance pilot units of the Ministry of Railways in 1998, estimate the frequency of the number of people in each expense group, and the new regulations for the proportion of the State Council’s medical insurance funds, and the proportions of the Ministry of Railways’ plan to increase the proportion of medical insurance funds In accordance with the instructional spirit, the statistical forecast of the income and expenses of the medical insurance co-ordination fund for the railway system in 1999 was made. The research results have provided important scientific evidence for the Ministry of Railways’ formulation of the “Implementation Plan for the Implementation of the Medical Insurance System for Workers in the Railway System in 1999”.
