目的观察比较采用前庭大腺囊肿切除术、传统造口术、改良造口术及微波造口术治疗前庭大腺囊肿的临床效果。方法比较2002年1月-2008年2月采用不同手术方式进行治疗188例前庭大腺囊肿患者的治疗效果。结果改良造口术和微波造口术与传统造口术相比手术时间更短、术中出血量更少,术后复发率更低。囊肿切除术中出血量明显多于其他3种造口术,手术时间也明显增加。结论改良造口术和微波造口术优于其他术式,值得临床推广。
Objective To compare the clinical effects of resection of the vestibular gland cyst by traditional mastectomy, modified ostomy and microwave ostomy. Methods From January 2002 to February 2008, we compared the therapeutic effect of 188 cases of adenoma of the vestibular gland treated with different surgical methods. Results Compared with traditional ostomy, the modified ostomy and microwave ostomy had shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss and lower postoperative recurrence rate. Cyst excision bleeding was significantly more than the other three kinds of ostomy, the operation time was significantly increased. Conclusions Improved ostomy and microwave ostomy are superior to other procedures, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
