目的:研究食管癌组织中cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段的表达及相关性。方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测了41对食管癌组织及配对食管癌旁正常黏膜cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段的表达。结果:cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段各在82.9%(34/41)、41.5%(17/41)食管癌组织中的表达水平低于配对的食管癌旁正常黏膜,cystatin B基因的表达下调情况显著高于D10-86 cDNA片段(P<0.05),但2者的表达无相关性(JD>0.05)。结论:cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段在食管癌中表达下调,可能源于不同的机制。2者可能分别是由不同的机制而导致在食管癌组织中表达下调。
Objective: To study the expression and correlation of cystatin B gene and D10-86 cDNA fragment in esophageal cancer. Methods: The expression of cystatin B gene and D10-86 cDNA fragment in 41 pairs of esophageal cancer tissues and paired normal esophageal mucosa were detected by RT-PCR. Results: The expression levels of cystatin B and D10-86 cDNA fragments in 82.9% (34/41) and 41.5% (17/41) esophageal cancer tissues were lower than those in paired normal esophageal mucosa and cystatin B Downregulation was significantly higher than that of D10-86 cDNA fragment (P <0.05), but there was no correlation between them (JD> 0.05). Conclusion: The down-regulation of cystatin B gene and D10-86 cDNA in esophageal cancer may result from different mechanisms. 2 may be caused by different mechanisms in esophageal cancer tissue downregulation.
