2014年5月19日,北京市政协、北京市委统战部联合召开政协北京市第十二届委员会第三次议政会。会上,各民主党派、工商联、无党派人士代表就“政府购买公共服务”议题发表意见。北京市常务副市长李士祥到会听取意见和建议。其中,委员们的建议集中在公共服务“买什么”、“向谁买”以及“怎么买”等问题。张志勇代表农工党北京市委发言表示,最核心的问题是“向谁买”。
On May 19, 2014, Beijing Municipal People’s Political Consultative Conference and Beijing Municipal United Front Work Department jointly convened the Third Parliamentary Session of the 12th Committee of the CPPCC Beijing Committee. At the meeting, representatives of various democratic parties, chambers of commerce and non-party members expressed their opinions on the issue of “government purchasing public services.” Li Shixiang, executive vice mayor of Beijing, will listen to opinions and suggestions. Among them, the committee’s recommendations focused on public services such as “what to buy”, “whom to buy” and “how to buy” issues. Zhang Zhiyong, speaking on behalf of the Peasant Labor Party Beijing Municipal Committee, said that the core issue is “To whom ”.
