本文所治慢性血吸虫病病人粪检均为沉孵一送一阳或三送二阳、反复感染的重疫区成年病人。 一、治疗方法:于治程开始头三天每日在穴位“水分”或“关元”,皮下注射敌百虫150毫克(老弱100毫克),每日口服呋喃丙胺2.5克(分服),共八天,先服适应量1克一天(分服),总量21克。 二、治疗中反应和处理:常见有肌痉挛(90.2％),其次消化道症状有:腹泻(88.2％)、厌食(83.9％)、腹痛(66.7％)、便血(13.7％)等,略重于单用呋喃丙胺治疗反应。此外有头昏(62.8％)、精神萎糜(13.7％)、流涎(3.9％)均不很严重。未见肌无力症状。
