网络反腐是现代民主政治下的公民政治参与形式,是现代信息技术条件下群众监督的重要方式,是公众行使宪法赋予的言论自由和民主监督权利的具体体现。但网络反腐也如同一把双刃剑,具有正负两面价值。应加强网络反腐的法治化建设,建立一套制度化的反腐规范,增强网络反腐的有效性,保证网络反腐的健康发展。
Internet anti-corruption is a form of citizen’s political participation under modern democratic politics. It is an important way for the masses to supervise under the conditions of modern information technology. It is also a concrete manifestation of the public exercising the freedom of speech and the right of democratic supervision conferred by the Constitution. However, the Internet anti-corruption is also a double-edged sword, with both positive and negative values. We should strengthen the legal construction of the anti-corruption network, establish a set of institutional anti-corruption norms, enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts and ensure the healthy development of the anti-corruption network.
