通过对海沟金矿床石英的红外光谱及热发光研究,获得如下认识:石英包体中H_2O(A_1)和CO_2(A_2)的相对吸光度可作为含矿性定量的评价指标,即A1<0.6和A_2<0.12含矿性差;0.6<A_1<l.1和0.12<A_2<l.35含矿性比较好A_1>l.1和人>l.35含矿性好。石英的热发光曲线属双峰型舍矿性好,单峰型含矿性差或不含矿。同时用上述两种方法划分成矿阶段及确定矿体的埋藏深度也具有一定的实际意义。
