8月15日,河南省知识产权局印发《加强郑洛新国家自主创新示范区专利创造运用保护暂行办法》,旨在深入实施创新驱动发展战略,建设知识产权强省,加强郑洛新国家自主创新示范区知识产权运用与保护。《办法》针对郑洛新国家自主创新示范区知识产权运用与保护提出相关九条措施。一是健全专利创造政策体系。鼓励在专利创造和运用等方面做出突出贡献的专利
On August 15, Henan Provincial Intellectual Property Office issued “Interim Measures to Strengthen the Patent Creation, Use and Protection of Zhengluo National Innovation Demonstration Zone” in order to further implement the innovation-driven development strategy, build a strong province of intellectual property and strengthen the knowledge of Zhengluo National Innovation Demonstration Zone Property Rights Use and Protection.
