在中国经济2001年以其高增长率独步全球,发展前景为世界各国普遍看好的背景下,我国股市自去年以来却展示了一幅与宏观基本面完全背离的图象,其背后的原因是极为耐人寻味的。我认为,对新世纪我国股市功能重新定位的不明确性,与此相关的思想认识、体制和政策的不适应性以及由证券市场种种问题引发的信心危机等诸多因素交织在一起,导致了市场的剧烈动荡。本文主要从股市功能转换的角度历史地、客观地分析评价我国的证券市场。
