为了解苏州市卫生监督系统35周岁(含)以下青年在工作、学习、生活等方面的真实状况,随即抽取了该市卫生监督系统154名青年职工进行问卷调查,了解其工作基本情况、价值观、培训需求、对卫生监督系统开展青年思想政治工作形式的建议等。结果显示受访者工作情况和价值观总体较好,调查数据对卫生监督系统青年培训工作和思想政治工作有较大参考价值。1基本情况
In order to understand the realities of work, study and life of young people under the age of 35 in the health supervision system of Suzhou, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 154 young workers in the city’s health supervision system to understand the basic situation, values, Training needs, advice on the forms of youth ideological and political work on health surveillance systems, etc. The results show that the respondents work well and the values are generally good.
