信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)是细胞内重要的信号转导蛋白和转录因子,与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,抑制其信号通路,可抑制肿瘤生长与转移,故近年来将STAT3蛋白作为抗肿瘤靶点,开发STAT3抑制剂,已成为研究热点。概述STAT3及其信号通路与肿瘤发生、发展和转移的关系以及STAT3信号通路的主要抑制途径,重点综述抗肿瘤天然药物抑制STAT3信号通路的分子机制研究进展。
