高炉喷吹是六十年代发展起来的降低炼铁焦比的新技术,由于煤粉价格低,喷吹量大,经济效果好,喷吹煤粉已在我国高炉上得到较为广泛的应用。但国内高炉喷煤大多数是采用阳泉无烟煤,因为阳泉无烟煤可磨性较好,不但制粉效果好,而且喷吹系统磨损小,喷吹故障少。近年来由于高炉喷吹量日愈增大,阳泉无烟煤不但在数量上供应不足,而且质量显著下降,灰分、硫份都升高,可磨性也有所降低(表一),远不能满足和保证我国高炉喷吹日益增长的需要,促使高炉喷吹技术向新的方向发展。
Blast furnace injection is developed in the sixties to reduce iron-making coke ratio of new technology, due to the low price of coal, the amount of injection, economic effect, injection of pulverized coal has been more widely used in our blast furnace. However, the majority of domestic blast furnace coal injection is the use of Yangquan Anthracite, Yangquan anthracite grind better, not only good milling, and injection system wear and tear, blowing less failure. In recent years, due to the increasing blast furnace gas injection, Yangquan anthracite not only in terms of supply, but also significantly decreased in quality, ash, sulfur are increased, grindability has also been reduced (Table 1), far from satisfied and guaranteed China’s blast furnace injection of the growing needs, prompting blast furnace injection technology to a new direction.
