旅游产业的持续快速发展,对职业院校旅游专业学生的就业能力要求越来越高。而高校扩招以来,旅游专业学生人数快速增长,就业压力增大。加强创新创业素质培养,提升学生的综合素质,是提升就业能力和就业率的一个重要途径。本文就高职旅游专业学生创新创业能力培养的意义和方法进行了初步探讨。
The sustained and rapid development of the tourism industry demands more and more employment ability of tourism majors in vocational schools. Since enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, the number of tourism majors has increased rapidly and employment pressure has increased. Strengthening the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship to enhance the overall quality of students is an important way to enhance employability and employment rate. This article makes a tentative discussion on the significance and methods of cultivating students’ innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational education.
