从20世纪80年代开始,我国已经历了五次大的政府机构改革。其实,无论在发达国家还是在发展中国家,政府管理创新都与国家经济繁荣、社会协调与稳定发展紧密相关。在我国,在社会不断进步,改革与创新并举的大背景下,社会和谐是国家行政管理不懈奋斗的目标,也是我国各族人民的共同社会理想。本文在综合吸收和借鉴各项研究成果的基础上,针对行政管理组织结构和政府自我更新问题进行了制度分析,从管理学的角度出发,研究并探讨了行政管理顺利进行的重要措施。
Since the 1980s, our country has undergone five major reforms in government institutions. In fact, both in developed countries and in developing countries, innovation in government management is closely linked to the country’s economic prosperity, social coordination and stable development. In our country, under the backdrop of continuous social progress and simultaneous reform and innovation, social harmony is the goal of the unremitting efforts of the state administration and the common social ideal of the people of all nationalities in our country. Based on the comprehensive absorption and reference of various research achievements, this paper analyzes the institutional structure of the administrative organization and the self-renewal of the government. From the perspective of management science, this paper studies and discusses the important measures for the successful administration.
