With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the rapid development of computer and communication technology, the increasing number of electronic books and the endless copying means that the issue of copyright protection has become more and more obvious. How to strengthen the protection of intellectual property in the library business has obviously become a problem that the library community needs to study and solve urgently.
