研制成功了一种动态特性优异、具有双阶梯形静态外特性、能快速切换的三极管焊接电源,并发展了一种新的MIG脉冲电弧控制方法(称为QH—ARC法)。利用这种控制方法,可以获得稳定性高、熔滴过渡均匀、无飞溅的MIG脉冲电弧,为焊接电弧的控制提供了一个新的途径。
A new kind of MIG pulse arc control method (named as QH-ARC method) has been developed successfully. It has a triode welding power source with excellent dynamic characteristics, double static characteristics of double-stepped trapezoid and fast switching. With this control method, the MIG pulse arc with high stability, uniform droplet transfer and no spatter can be obtained, which provides a new way for the control of welding arc.
