山西电建二公司焊接培训中心(以下简称焊培中心)编织人才摇篮,在培养技能人才方面取得了突出成绩。近几年来,先后有20余名焊接精英在全国、省市各类比赛中荣获“中央企业劳动模范”、“全国劳模”、“全国五一劳动奖章”等50余项荣誉称号。
