河南省偃师县今年上半年生产形势不大好,七月下旬以来采取措施,实行了三项改革,使八月份生产刷新了主要经济技术指标。八月份共生产425号普通水泥10978吨,产量比历史最好水平的今年六月份增长9.3％,产值增长19.2％。一万吨的年度品种升级计划仅这一个月就超额完成9.8％。实现利润16.8万元,比前七个月的平均数高出124.9％。吨熟料标准煤耗158公斤,吨水泥综合电耗74.2度,分别比前七个月的平均数下降11.2％和13.4％。三项改革是:(一)调整中层领导班子。厂
