已有大经证据表明,心房牵张或房壁张力是调节心钠素(ANF)的主要因素。本文研究原发性高血压患者内源性交感兴奋对全身和区域血流动力状态和血浆ANF水平的影响。受试者为轻~中度原发性高血压组无重要并发症的患者,凡有其它心脏或全身疾患者已经除外。试验前停药3周;试验前5天饮食内钠(150meq/d)、钾(60meq/d)含量固定,饮水量为1500ml/d。试验于上午9时开始,患者空腹取仰卧位。采用颈腔逐步提高施加于颈外组织的压力,有选择地解除颈动脉压力感受器的活动,从而反射性兴奋交感神经。试验分三步实施。
There is ample evidence that atrial distraction or atrial tension is a major factor in the regulation of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANF). This article studies the effects of endogenous sympathetic activation on systemic and regional hemodynamic status and plasma ANF levels in patients with essential hypertension. Subjects with mild to moderate essential hypertension patients without significant complications, who have other heart disease or systemic disease have been excluded. The drug was stopped for 3 weeks before the test. The content of sodium (150 meq / d) and potassium (60 meq / d) in the diet was fixed at 5 days before the test, and the water consumption was 1500 ml / d. The trial started at 9:00 am and supine patients took supine position. The neck cavity is used to gradually increase the pressure exerted on the external cervical tissue and selectively release the activity of the carotid baroreceptor so as to reflect the excited sympathetic nerve. The experiment is implemented in three steps.
