This article proposes the ethical review of the project objectives. According to the social, efficiency and technical features of engineering activities, the article takes the humanitarian principles of engineering ethics for the benefit of the society and the benefit of mankind as the standard, analyzes the morality of engineering objectives, and expounds the moral responsibility of project decision-makers, designers and managers
