主席、各位委员、各位同志:我代表永安专区向省人民政府委员会将我专区八个月来的工作情况作一简要概括的报告:我们在一九五○年一月奉命进军永安专区,一月廾八日解放永安、三元,二月三日解放明溪,月中接管为我当地农民自卫武装和游击队所控制的大田、宁洋,月底解放清流及在四野协助下接管了宁化,迅速摧毁国民党反动的伪第六行政区督察专员公署及其所控制下的七个伪县政府八十个伪乡镇公所,从上而下建立了人民的统治,发动与组织农民武装自卫,剿匪肃特,生产渡荒,减租反霸,合理负担改造乡政权。至八月底止全专区除一部份地区尚为匪特所控制与流窜之外,大部份的农村面貌逐渐改观。
